We own a horse farm in Aiken, SC, where I do Eventing with my horses and we breed Pembroke Welch Corgis and Labradoodles.

I have had Corgis for 11 years  and Labradoodles for 4 years.   I've been breeding them so they can bring joy and happiness to other families as they have mine.

I breed for healthy puppies with wonderful temperaments.  Our puppies are born in our house and stay with me in my whelping shed for 3 weeks.  We hold them and play with them at least 4 times a day, they're so cute we can't help ourselves.  If my female has more than 4 puppies, I supplement feed the puppies  making a healthy formula using goats milk and they gain weight daily. At 3-4 weeks old they go out to a 12x12 horse stall that I have lined with rubber mats and lots of toys. They are wormed at 3 weeks and 6 weeks and get their first shot at 6 weeks. By 8 weeks they're ready to go to their new homes that we personally choose for them.

~Testimonials~

We had been searching for a Corgi puppy for a while. I contacted Mike via email and by the next morning I had a response with pictures of all of the puppies available. She made the entire process easy but more importantly you could tell that she truly wanted to find good homes for her puppies and not just make a sale. She encouraged us to come and meet the puppies and see them for yourselves. The process from start to finish was simple yet organized. We were provided AKC registration paperwork as well. We are so in love with our baby boy. He has such a fun personality and has made our family complete.

Thank you so much!

"I was hesitant looking online for breeders, because there are quite a few scams out there. I did reach out to two, one sold at a low price and they never responded back. Their ad is still online even after several months, which is probably a scam. The other was with Mike and I got a picture with contact information right away. I called the next morning and we had such nice conversation that I felt comfortable buying from this breeder.  They were a few hours away so we made the trip.  You won't be disappointed with them. They have a beautiful farm and I had a chance to play with the litter of corgis, which was a dream. They keep the adult corgis in a fenced in area and bring them in at night. All are very clean conditions. The were not in cages. They gave me papers and all the vaccinations history. I know some have bought puppies from other breeders and they have problems like worms.  Our puppy did not and we are enjoying him so much.  Buying from this breeder was pleasant and no regrets. Thanks Mike!"

Corgi  Happy!

I have had dogs my entire life, mostly basset hounds and dashounds, and when my last two fur babies passed away, I knew I needed another dog to fill that void in my heart.  I knew I wanted a corgi, something different than anything I’ve had before, but didn’t know anything about that breed.

It was my lucky day when I stumbled upon Mike of Em and Em farm.  From the first time we spoke on the phone, I knew she was something special.  I could tell she genuinely cared for her dogs as family members and I felt an instant connection.  She invited me out to visit the puppies and welcomed any questions I had about the breed.  She treated me as if she had known me for years.  Her place is not a kennel.  It’s a beautiful farm and the dogs are happily running around.  The puppies were kept in a clean, big, secure stable.  I was very impressed.  Mike’s not a commercial breeder, this is her home and the dogs are her family.

I would like to thank Mike, for the role she played in my life.  The quality in her puppies is truly amazing and has made training and spoiling Murphy easy.   She stays in contact and has been an excellent resource.  I look forward to many years  with my beautiful corgi Murphy and when I’m ready to add another, it will definitely be from Em and Em farm.

Thanks

I am a current Corgi owner, and wanted another. I learned about Mike and her Corgis from a friend, and when I called her she was warm and friendly, and invited me to her farm to meet and see her latest puppies and the facilities. I was impressed from the start. The place is clean, pleasant, and well-stocked with toys, blankets, and food and water available at all times. Mike and Michael spend time with the puppies daily, providing them love and attention, beginning the socialization process from birth. Mike sends pictures and videos to the parents several times a week, so we can be part of the growth of our fur babies, which is so special! And starting at 6 weeks, Mike welcomes us to her farm to visit and interact with our puppies and their litter mates, so that by the time we get them at 8 weeks, they’ve had the opportunity to start to know us. “Gotcha” day is so wonderful: Mike spends time with us discussing the puppies, has a goodie bag waiting with toys, a blanket, and a folder with the vet records for us. Throughout the whole process she is available for questions, comments, visits, and asks only that we provide a happy, loving home to our puppies, and keep her updated with pictures as our babies continue to grow and thrive with us. I am SO GRATEFUL for Mike, and for my new baby Kyla (now 9 ½ weeks). THANK YOU, Mike, for adding to my family. I will be coming back to you again for me next Corgi!
